Elegant, watered-down GeForce RTX 4080 from Colorful

The Neptune series novelty not only looks good, but the TDP frame has also been increased by 150 watts.

In the ranks of Colorful, it seems that the worship of the color white is gaining more and more space, since even their latest, two-slot video card could get lost in the snowy landscape. The 253.5 mm long, iGame GeForce RTX 4080 Neptune OC-V model is cooled by a compact AIO with a 360 mm radiator, and the 2505 MHz GPU Boost frequency is the turbo button installed on the I/O plate pressing increases to 2640 MHz.

The cooling unit enthroned on the printed circuit board of the solution with 9728 CUDA cores and 22+4 phase VRM, decorated with a not too ostentatious light show, sets two 8 mm diameter heat pipes in order, while the 16 GB, 256-bit memory bus uses GDDR6X VRAM as usual according to the designers, the chips are ticking at their effective 22.4 GHz clock speed.

The new 12+4-pin 12VHPWR power connector is responsible for the power supply, and the TDP frame has been pushed up to 470 watts, so there is a good chance that we can expect pleasant (manual) tuning. The ice-glass effect blades of the 120 mm fans included with the as-yet-unknown price structure function as RGB diffusers, and there is also a stiffening backplate on the back of the controller.

In terms of outputs, we are faced with the NVIDIA standard, i.e. three DisplayPort and one HDMI connector wink back at us from the connection panel.
