Micron can’t get rid of the accumulated chips

They reduce memory chip stocks and further reduce spending as a result.

Micron was the first major chip manufacturer to start sounding the alarm: the demand for chips is falling, and everyone is swimming in accumulated stocks – meaning that the trends during the pandemic could not be maintained even by force.

Despite this, ten-billion-dollar investments continue in the sector, and the future situation is expected to improve and pick up – in addition to the constant factory constructions, the companies are in a difficult situation in the short term.

Specifically, Micron said in one of its reports this month that it can’t get rid of the memory chips it has in stock because of the slump in demand. That is why stocks are reduced, and spending and investments are also reduced even further.
